The museum has rotating exhibits throughout the year so every visit will be different. Tickets start at $4 per child and $6 per adult. Look out for special nights where the museum offers free entry! 

Stop in the Great Lakes Children’s Museum 

Traverse City is full of all kinds of museums to visit on a rainy day, including the Great Lakes Children’s Museum. The Great Lakes are nearby, so learn more about them at this exciting attraction. This museum is geared towards young children with exhibits dedicated to children ages 1-3 and children ages 5-8. Exhibits will help your children learn more about the lakes, how bridges are built, how chicken hatcheries work, and so much more.
