Bessa sits on eight acres of seaside and riverfront along Jamaica's quieter north coast, where the Caribbean Sea meets Jacks River and the Oracabessa hills hold back development. The estate was designed around the land, not over it — tropical modern architecture, conservation-grade footprint, and views that don't compete with anything man-made.

This is our 1-bedroom unit at Ocean Suites, the first of Bessa's two residential properties. 505 square feet, facing the Caribbean Sea, built for a couple's quiet week, a family of four, or a small group of friends.

Oracabessa is on Jamaica's north coast, about an hour's drive east of Montego Bay's airport. It's the quieter side of the island — less crowded than Negril or Montego Bay, with more cultural texture than the typical resort strip.

• Non-smoking throughout the villa and pool deck

• Parties or events (will cater upon request)
• Quiet hours respected — 11 PM to 8 AM
• Children are welcome; please discuss safety details with the concierge for the pool area
• The guest count must be accurate at booking
• Most stays are 5–7 nights. Minimum stay of 2 nights to start.

The property is run as one part residential development, one part hospitality. Guests staying at Ocean Suites get the privacy of a residence and the support of a managed property — not a resort experience, but not a transactional rental either. Most stays are 4–7 nights.
