Interior Design & Renovation: Boost Property Value
- Design Services: We offer interior design and renovation services to enhance your property’s appeal catered to making your property perform better as an STR. We’ll even cover the upfront cost (up to $2,500) for furnishings, design, and updates, allowing your rental income to pay for the investment for 12 month contract commitments. Our interior design services include full professional renderings so long as you utilize our vendors (primarily Crate & Barrell brands) and our services are charged at 10% mark-up on retail cost of goods.
