The primary suite includes a one-person sauna — the original Zen Den. The lower level opens to the water, with a sunroom that frames the bay from every angle, plus air hockey and shuffleboard tables for when the energy shifts indoors. A gas fireplace on the lower level keeps things warm when the bay turns cold.

On the Water

A private dock extends into West Grand Traverse Bay — kayaks and paddleboards included. The private hot tub sits at the water's edge, purpose-built for evening use when the bay goes still and the sky does what it does here. A fire table and fire pit complete the outdoor setup.

Beach access is via a ladder from the seawall. This may be challenging for guests with limited mobility. Please read the Good to Know section before booking.

Good to Know

This is a genuinely wonderful waterfront setting — and we want you fully prepared for it:

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests per Bingham Township rules.
• No pets.
• The home’s interior renovations are complete. Additional landscaping and exterior improvements are planned for a future phase. Some outdoor areas, including the exterior stairways, remain unfinished. For safety, guests must not use the exterior stairways and should access the lower level and beach through the house.
• Lake-level beach access is via a ladder from the seawall — this may be challenging for some guests.
• Floating stairs inside are not suitable for small children or guests with mobility concerns. The home is not child-proofed. Please supervise children at all times.
• The property sits on M-22, a busy scenic road — please use caution entering, exiting, and parking. Parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles.
• As a lakefront property, occasional gnats or midge flies are part of the natural setting; our pest control service helps minimize them.
• Please respect neighboring property lines — guests may only use the beach, dock, kayaks, and amenities specifically confirmed for this property.
• External security cameras cover the front door and outside garage only.
• Entry is by smart lock with a 4-digit code.
