Outside, you’ll find a propane fire table and grill (ready to use), a wood-burning fire pit (firewood not provided), a balcony, and multiple patios with seating.

Good to Know Before You Book
This is a genuinely wonderful waterfront setting, and we want you fully prepared for it:
- The home is mid-remodel — landscaping is part of phase two. Please don’t use the outdoor stairs on either side of the home to reach the beach; they aren’t well lit or complete. Enter through the house to reach the lower level and the beach.
- Lake-level beach access is via a ladder from the seawall — this may be challenging for some physical abilities.
- Floating stairs inside are not suitable for small children or guests with mobility concerns, and the home is not child-proofed. Please supervise children at all times.
- The property sits on a busy road — please use caution entering and exiting, and parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles.
- As a lakefront property, occasional gnats or midge flies are part of the natural setting; our pest control service helps minimize them.
- Please respect neighboring property lines — guests may only use the beach, dock, kayaks, and other amenities specifically confirmed for this property, even if a neighboring area appears accessible.
- External security cameras cover the front door and outside garage only.
- Entry is by smart lock with a 4-digit code.

- Downtown Traverse City — approx. 5 minutes
- Suttons Bay, Northport & Leelanau State Park — approx. 15 minutes
- Located directly on the iconic M-22 scenic route

House Rules & Housekeeping
- Check-in after 4:00 PM · check-out by 11:00 AM
- All linens provided except beach towels — please bring your own
- Please place dishes in the dishwasher and used towels in the laundry baskets before departure
- Do not flush anything but toilet paper, and please keep indoor linens and furniture inside
- Pets not allowed; a cleaning/damage fee applies if violated
- Unauthorized guests: $250 per person, per night over max occupancy
- Garage and the downstairs mechanical room are private owner spaces — not part of the rental
- Smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit on site
