They allow pre booked owner access at any time of year, professionally clean and present all three of the condos we own, and are a delight to work with.

After reviewing all the numbers for this last year it has become very clear that having you manage all our properties is the way to go. When I managed a studio right next to a studio that you manged for me you, after all management fees, still beat me! Your cleaning service is outstanding and I appreciate your quick responses to my concerns when I have them. Bottom line, you're better at this than I am. You get a much higher nightly rate than I do on my own or with "smart Pricing". Not having to communicate with clients at all hours of the day and night or cleaning crew is priceless as well. True North PM took over management of our 2-bedroom condominium at the Grand Traverse Resort in 2017. As a very energetic company, they advertised and marketed our unit with an exceptional occupancy rate year round. They assisted us with refurbishing the condominium by supervising painting and carpeting, and decorating with new window treatments and bed coverings. Christian is a local resident who is very knowledgeable about the Greater Traverse City real estate and vacation rental markets.
