THE TRUE NORTH Presents… Grande Villa – Lake Cumberland View • Game Room β 389
Some getaways are made for slowing down. This one is made for gathering everyone you love under one roof — and still having room to spare. Grande Villa sits directly on the Lake Cumberland shoreline with six ensuite bedrooms, breathtaking lake views, a private jacuzzi in the primary suite, and a full game room that keeps the group entertained long after dinner.
Whether the trip is built around boating, family reunion weekends, or simply being together without anyone on top of each other, this is the kind of villa where the plan sorts itself out.
Perfect For
Multi-generational family reunions, boating trips, large group getaways, milestone celebrations, and anyone looking for a spacious lakefront retreat where six couples or two families can all stay together comfortably.

Game Room
Rainy afternoons and after-dinner hours disappear fast here. Shuffleboard, ping pong, darts, poker, foosball, and PlayStation fill the dedicated game room. The bunk room adds a PS2 and its own game collection — so different age groups can split up and no one has to fight over the TV.
Outdoor Space and Boating
The expansive deck and covered patio face the lake directly. Unwind with a view after a day on the water, or fire up the grill while the boats come in.
A public boat ramp (Lakeview, operated by the Army Corps of Engineers) is within walking distance and open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, subject to lake level — making Grande Villa an easy home base for boating groups. Parking accommodates up to 9 vehicles.
