Bookings tend to be for families staying 3–7 nights — wine tasting in the morning, grandparents taking the kids to the beach, and a fire pit after the kids go down. If that's the trip you're planning, this house was set up for you.


Additional Property Notes
⚠️ Septic System Monitoring - The property uses a holding tank system that is professionally serviced regularly. A septic alarm tower is located in the backyard and may activate if the tank reaches capacity. The system is typically pumped monthly and proactively monitored to ensure uninterrupted guest stays.
Trash Collection - Trash pickup occurs every Monday. Please ensure all trash is properly secured in the designated containers.
Lawn & Snow Removal - Professional lawn care and winter snow removal services are being coordinated to keep the property maintained year-round.
