Ride Along the TART
The Traverse Area Recreational Trail, also known as the TART, a connection of multiuse trails for Leelanau Peninsula and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. Most visitors use the trail for biking as you can enjoy a multi-mile ride with beautiful scenery around you. There are plenty of local bike shops that let you rent out a bike for the day. Riding along the trail is always free and great to do as a family!
