OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

• Maximum occupancy: 18 overnight guests unless otherwise approved.
• This home is designed for family vacations and quiet retreats rather than large parties or events.

HOUSE RULES:

• No large events, weddings, or parties without prior written approval.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Pets are not allowed unless approved for health reasons.

Dock & Lake Use:

• Guests use the dock and lake at their own risk.
• No diving from the dock.
• All boating must comply with Torch Lake regulations.

Golf Cart & Dock Access

• A 4-seater golf cart is available for guest use during your stay. It is located in the main garage, and the keys will be left inside the golf cart for your convenience. Guests are welcome to use it for transportation between the home and the land/dock area.
• The private dock is fully accessible, and the mooring is set up and available for guests to securely tie up their boat and leave it overnight.
• Please note: Our boat and boat lift are privately owned and are NOT available for guest use under any circumstances. We kindly ask that you do not board, operate, or use either the boat or the lift during your stay.

Outdoor Areas: Please respect the surrounding wooded acreage and natural landscape. No ATVs or off-road vehicles on the property.
Pets (if applicable): Pets NOT allowed unless for health reasons and prior written approval is given.
Parking: Parking permitted only in designated driveway areas. No parking on lawn areas.
Horse Show Equipment (if applicable): No storage of trailers or equipment without prior written approval.
Fire Safety: Outdoor fires are allowed only in designated fire pit areas and in accordance with local burn ordinances.
Smoking: No smoking anywhere inside the home or garages. Smoking permitted only outdoors and away from entryways.
