  • Primary Suite — king bed
  • Second bedroom — king bed + full-size folding sofa bed
  • Third bedroom — king bed + full-size folding sofa bed
  • Basement bedroom — king bed + 2 queen beds. Please note: this room is not yet separated by a wall — that’s planned once the rec room build-out is complete, so it’s currently open to the basement area rather than fully private
WiFi, cable/satellite TV, AC, heating, washer/dryer, linens/towels provided, coffee maker, full kitchen appliances, free parking, outdoor terrace.

Outdoor Oasis
A paved woodland trail winds from the home to your 75-foot private Torch Lake waterfront — part of the experience whether you’re heading down for a morning coffee, an afternoon on the water, or a sunset cruise. A pickleball set (portable net + paddles) is included for friendly matches on the grounds.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove & oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave, with a spacious dining setup for meals, celebrations, or post-lake dinners.

  • Maximum occupancy: 16 guests
  • This home is designed for family vacations and quiet retreats, not large parties or events — no events/weddings/parties without prior written approval
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
  • Pets not allowed unless approved in advance for health reasons
  • The dock, outdoor games, outdoor furniture, and hot tub are weather-dependent and available on a seasonal basis only — please reach out before booking if any of these are essential to your trip
  • As is common along Torch Lake, the shoreline can transition from a rockier bottom close to shore to sand further out, with sudden depth changes a short distance from the beach — water shoes are recommended
  • Dock & lake use is at guests’ own risk; no diving from the dock; all boating must comply with Torch Lake regulations
  • A 4-seater golf cart is available for dock access
  • Includes a boat mooring tie-up for renters during their stay (short swim or walk back to the dock).
  • No off-road vehicles on the property
  • Parking permitted only in designated driveway areas — no parking on lawn areas
  • Outdoor fires only in designated fire pit areas, per local burn ordinances
  • No smoking inside the home or garages
