Good to Know
- Max occupancy 4 guests (adults & kids) — please list your correct guest count; a $50 fee applies per extra guest
- No pets allowed
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
- Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM — no parties, events, fireworks, or open flames
- No smoking or vaping indoors or on the deck ($1,000 fine)
- Indoor towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels
- Lost key/card replacement fee: $100
