Private chef and housekeeping services are mandatory and included with every stay. The villa team will work with you in advance to plan meals according to your preferences and will prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert during your stay.

Groceries are not included in the rental price. The estimated grocery budget for three daily meals, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages is approximately US$80–$100 per day. Most groceries can be purchased by credit card, although cash may be required for fresh produce or specialty items.

The villa owner recommends purchasing alcoholic beverages duty-free, but the villa team can also arrange them for you.

Tours, transportation, personal services outside the standard villa team services, and staff gratuities are not included. External services must be paid directly to their respective providers.

Getting Around

Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay is approximately one hour away by car. A transportation provider can be recommended to assist with airport transfers and other transportation needs throughout your stay.

• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests, including adults and children
• The standard nightly rate includes up to 8 guests
• Groups larger than 8 are charged US$80 per additional guest, per night
• Private chef and housekeeping services are mandatory and included
• Guests are not permitted to cook
• Groceries, alcoholic beverages, tours, transportation, and external personal services are not included
• Staff gratuities should be paid in cash, in either USD or JMD, at the end of the stay
• A gratuity of 15% of the total rental price is recommended, customary, and expected when service is satisfactory
• Free private parking is available on site

Celebrations, Events & Weddings

The villa’s expansive outdoor space may accommodate weddings, celebrations, and other special events. Separate fees, policies, and conditions apply, and every event must be authorized in advance by the villa owner. All event arrangements are coordinated directly with the owner and villa team. Please inquire before booking if you are considering hosting an event, and the applicable information can be provided separately.
