Perfectly positioned right on West Grand Traverse Bay along the iconic M-22, this newly renovated beach house sits directly across from Power Island, with rare, unobstructed island views from your own private stretch of shoreline. Located halfway between Traverse City and Suttons Bay, it’s the kind of peaceful, waterfront setting guests dream about — ideal for families, couples, bachelor/bachelorette groups, honeymooners, and wine-country explorers. The adjacent vacant lot and beach frontage can also be inquired about for small weddings, receptions, family reunions, or company retreats.

Step onto the private beach and into the crystal-clear waters of West Bay, with one kayak and one paddleboard included to explore toward Power Island at sunrise or sunset. Relax across three deck levels and a beach patio, gather around the beachside fire pit (firewood provided) as the sun goes down, and on clear nights, keep an eye out for the Northern Lights.

The private beach transitions into an additional 150 ft of vacant sandy frontage guests can also use, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out along the shoreline.
