The Room
A comfortable queen bed anchors the space, with a Roku TV, mini fridge, and microwave for the small comforts of home. Free parking and fast WiFi are included, and the Traverse Area Recreation Trail runs right out the back door if a morning walk or ride is part of how you like to start the day.

Summer on the Balcony
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, Friday and Saturday evenings bring something guests look forward to all week: complimentary wine and charcuterie, served on the shared balcony as the sun goes down over the bay. Downstairs, the common areas and board games are there whenever you feel like company — or you can just as easily keep the evening to yourself.

Good to Know
  • Gold Coast Inn runs as a self-service property — there’s no front desk and no daily housekeeping, though every room is freshly turned over between stays. Linens are provided; pack your own beach towel for the shore.
  • The building fronts a road, so some traffic noise may be audible, and there's no on-site laundry or ice machine — pack accordingly.
Pets are welcome for $25/pet/day — just let us know when you book.
