Perfect For
Multi-generational family trips, two families vacationing together, or any group with young kids and/or pets in tow. A crib is available on request, the backyard is fully fenced, and the neighborhood is genuinely quiet — neighbors have young children too, and quiet hours start at 10:30 PM. This isn’t a party house: gatherings need prior approval, and a $500 fine applies to unauthorized parties.

Shared water access is a quick walk away at the end of the street — bring kayaks or paddleboards. A quick clarification: the dock itself is private property for loading/unloading only (no swimming or boat parking on the dock), so plan to launch from there rather than hang out on it.
