The estate was designed around the land, not over it — tropical modern architecture, a conservation-grade footprint, and views that answer to nothing but the water.

This is the one-bedroom studio at Ocean Suites, the first of Bessa's two residential properties. Compact, calm, and facing the Caribbean, it's built for a couple's quiet week — with a fully equipped kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom, and a Queen pull-out sofa in the living room for flexibility when you want it.
