Start with how your group will use the space

At Bessa, bedroom count is only the beginning. A studio, a two-bedroom suite, a loft and a villa create different everyday experiences. Decide who needs a separate bedroom, where people will gather and whether stairs or outdoor space are important before choosing a favourite photograph.

Studios: compare the individual layout and outlook

Bessa’s room-type view separates ocean-view and riverfront studios. Look at the exact studio’s guest capacity, sleeping arrangement and photographs. For a smaller party, a studio can be a useful starting point; the individual listing determines whether it has the space and features you want.

Suites: separate bedrooms, specific residences

Two-bedroom suites are grouped separately from lofts. U66, for example, is a two-bedroom ocean suite. Compare the actual suite’s living area, bathrooms and view rather than assuming every two-bedroom accommodation has the same layout.

The booking page shows the individual accommodations inside each type. Expand the group and inspect the unit you would reserve, particularly if an outlook, bedroom arrangement or access feature is essential.

Lofts: check the levels as well as the bedrooms

A loft should be evaluated for how its levels and spaces work for your party. Ask about stairs and bedroom access when travelling with young children or anyone who has mobility needs. A rooftop terrace should be expected only when it is described for the particular accommodation.

U11 is shown separately in the room-type view. Confirm its setting with the team and use its own photos rather than applying another loft’s description to it.

Villas: make outdoor space part of the comparison

For a villa, look at the individual layout and the outdoor areas listed for that unit. If a pool or another private amenity is the reason you would book, confirm that it belongs to the selected accommodation and is included in your reservation. Property-wide imagery is inspiration; the unit’s listing supplies the booking details.

Compare availability for the trip you intend to take

Enter dates and the total guest count in the live Bessa room-type view. You will see availability for that search and the trip totals returned for the individual accommodations. A category can have no matching stay because of reservations or booking rules; changing the dates or length of stay may change the result.

Before payment, review the exact accommodation, full amount, cancellation policy and arrival arrangements. For several households, contact the team with the bedrooms and group sizes you need so the selection can be coordinated.
